Untargeted Analysis of the Exposome

The HHEAR untargeted analysis program can measure large sets of analytes (hundreds to thousands) simultaneously in a hypothesis-free, data-driven manner. Untargeted analysis builds on the traditional concepts of metabolomics and laboratory panel analyses but is intended to facilitate exploration of the totality of environmental exposures, termed the exposome. This type of analysis can be used to strengthen understanding of the association between exposures and health outcomes.

HHEAR Untargeted Analysis LIMS

The HHEAR Untargeted Analysis Laboratory Information Management System (UA-LIMS) tracks the data from the study samples (including sample numbers and freezer locations). The sample information in the LIMS is referenced to the mass spectrometry analysis data stored in our content manager which is linked below.
